...Aquí otra víctima mas del sistema de justicia de Philadelphia y la corrupción de policías, detectives y fiscales....Les saluda Heriberto Pagan..Estoy encarcelado desde 1996 por un crimen que no cometí inocentemente,Fui falsamente identificado y erróneamente convicto por absolutamente nada por ser hispano y no saber inglés..La corrupción de detectives como Santiago y Pitt son parte de estas oscuras y injustas injusticias que separan y destruyen familias robando te la libertad y el derecho de ser un ciudadano..Los invito a todos y a cada uno de ustedes a que alcen su voz a favor de la justicia y en contra de la corrupción que existe en el sistema judicial y se unan a la lucha por mi liberación,con mi familia,amistades y con todas las personas que creen que un inocente no debe estar preso o estar tras las rejas injustamente pagando con su vida un crimen que no cometió o pagando el error de la policia. Despite being denied justice and my pleas going unheard,I've spent majority of my time staying positive,growing and maintaining the hope that one day I'll be able to contribute to my community in a meaningful way.Finally an opportunity to receive some sort of relief through the Pennsylvania Commutation process has presented itself; Although this is an opportunity, it is not a guarantee.
