In 2013, a Big Lick Horse was SORED at the "MTSU WALKING FOR EDUCATION HORSE SHOW". The event was held on the campus at the Tennessee Livestock Center. MTSU needs to publicly sever ties and ban Big Lick Animal Cruelty from its campus. MTSU basketball coach Mr. Rick Insell is one of seven directors of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration which features Big Lick Animal Cruelty.
