For some time now my neighbor Danny Thomas and I have had Issues.

It started off when I parked in an open spot on a public street, he beat on my door and cussed me out, I called the police and had them inform him that there is no assigned parking on a public street.

My car was keyed, Mr. Thomas told me he did it, and if i didn't want it to happen again i would not park in his spot again. A few days later he was talking shit to me, i told him to leave me alone, he kept up and inevitably i keyed his car. He filed criminal damaging charges on me. 

When we went to court it was sent to the Citizens Dispute Program, Mr. Thomas was not happy.

On June 30, 2019 my roommate and I were sitting on the porch watching my 1yr old pit pup, Sadie, play in the back yard. Mr Thomas cam out on his balcony, which overlooks my back yard, and threw something that looked like raw hamburger near Sadie, before i could stop her, she ate it, a few hrs later she was throwing up. On Monday she started throwing up and pooping blood, diarrhea. On tuesday morning she was dead, I could not take her to vet due to lack of money, my boss was going to loan it to me tuesday and was taking Sadie strait to vet.

I filed a police report, several actually, I wen to Prosecutor Office to file charges, and they would not talk to me because of the criminal damaging charges on me. 

I want the Prosecutor to persue charges, my babys life is worth more than a scratch on a van.
