When police do "raids" they will do everything to get into the home. Including killing family animals such as dogs. After doing so they honestly have no sympathy for the animals they kill. I understand it may be apart of they're job but there are other ways around it. Maybe if the police use tranquilizers for animals instead of just using lethal weapons on them, there would be alot less families mourning over they're family doggie..the animals do not need to be killed for you officers to do your jobs. The picture for this petition is a picture of my family dog, Zeus. He was in his yard playing and minding his own business when officers came to the gate. He was protecting his home barking at them and they took a shot gun and shot him in his back. He ran trailing blood all the way up to the porch where he collapsed and died. He was a big baby , who wanted nothing but to protect his family.
