Dear all. Thank you so much for supporting this petition! I went to the preliminary hearing yesterday. There were over 100 people for 29 sheets including journalists,critics and professors of art ! On the Security court(*1), against the judge's interventions(*2), she strongly declared that she has no objection to all facts but she'll ask and ask for what is obscene and the injusitce of arrests. There are 3 ways for her release. A: Dec 24 after the prosecurtor withdrawing prosecution. (umprobable) B: ~ Dec 31 after prosecution. (Japanese court office closes in Dec 26) C: Next Year after prosecution. Accoring to her lawyer, if her products were defined as "art" by your voices or well-known artist, it'll helps her much.
