It looks like Kenneth Clair will be out by Christmas this year. On November 3, 2023 the Court will be granting the defense motion to have to give the defense the results of the DNA that they have been withholding from the defense for over 25 years. As the investigator that discovered this over 20 years ago, the DNA results will come back to a White Man, and end the Orange Counties District Attorney's effort to falsely Detain Kenneth Clair's unlawful detention and Kenneth Clair will be exonerated. I will keep you posted.
