We were in court today on the Kenneth Clair DNA testing motion...
AND WE WON!!! KENNETH CLAIR WILL BE EXONERATED.....
DNA testing will start on either the 1st of December or the 15th once the order is prepared. We need to pick a neutral State Approved Lab at this time.
The DA admitted in court that the DNA doesn’t belong to Kenneth. As you know, my investigation concluded that the DNA belonged to a white man. CJ
WE ARE ECSTATIC WITH THIS HISTORIC NEWS. NEVER BEFORE HAS A CAPITAL CASE OR A CASE OF THIS NATURE BEEN CHALLENGED AND WON IN ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA. USUALLY THE INMATE DIES WAITING FOR EXONERATION.
