Finally: due to your support of this petition and the determination of our Interns working relentlessly on research and investigation tactics: Kenneth Clair will finally be heard on the DNA evidence in the Superior Court Of California, Dept. C35, August 11, 2023 by the Honorable Sheila Hanson. (I will supply a copy of the motion filed by Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP in the next update.)
The Orange County District Attorney has opposed this Motion to run the DNA because it will end their quest to keep putting off this testing. According to our Investigation the test results will come back as a white person committing the crime. The District Attorney has tried to hide this hoping that Clair would die in custody without a retrial or exoneration.
Please pass this petition around for new signatures, and support our Internship Program that has been instrumental and continues to provide investigative and financial support of Clair and others like Clair.
