I received an outrageous water bill for the month of August. I called the city and Teresa Heath told me I had a water leak. I waited for my next bill to verify a water leak and it was a normal bill. Rowlett has yet to satisfy the citizens about why we had several high water bills. I was told to just pay the bill because water bills are subjective. This is unacceptable.
