This is important because men like women are being bombarded with images of perfect bodies on the cover of magazines like Men's Health which make them feel insecure and hate their body. 

There is a male body crisis in the UK with according to Joseph Stashko perhaps 1 in 4 of the 1.6m Britons with eating disorders being male, and increasing numbers of men abusing steroids.

This is why we are calling for Toby Wiseman the Editor of Men's Health magazine to promote more of a variety of body types and shapes to boys, teenagers and young men. His mag should reflect the fact that bodies come in all shapes, and sizes and that you don't have to have perfect abs to be healthy!
