We ask that President Biden and Vice President Harris grant a waiver to allow Rocio to return to the United States to reunite with her family and active-duty Army Officer son. We ask for a waiver of her immigration history so that she may return to the United States where her United States citizen children and grandchildren are and where she lived for almost 30 years before she was deported on January 2, 2020.

Mrs. Rebollar owns a home in San Diego, CA, pays her taxes and has raised 3 successful children.  Her eldest is a stay-at-home mom caring for her 3 children.  After graduating college, Mrs. Rebollar's son joined the Army in order to protect his country, the United States and to try and shield his mother from deportation. Her youngest just graduated college.

After a year and a half of fighting, Mrs. Rebollar's requests for deferred action and a stay of removal from ICE were denied and she was removed.  Mrs. Rebollar does have immigration history and was removed in the past, but returned only to continue raising and caring for the children.  In all her time in the United States she has no criminal history.  She is desperate to return to the United States so that she can resume her life and continue being a productive and contributing member of society. Without a waiver she will be separated from her family for a minimum of 10 years.

Please sign this petition and support Mrs. Rebollar's request for a waiver so that she can return to the United States!
