I just wanted to add another comment to this campaign, we currently catheterise my son every 3-4 hours, so it needs doing often. He is fortunately still small enough for a baby change unit (just - & still will need changing when he is too big!) but many are public in ladies toilets, which is not really ideal, not to mention how difficult it can be to wash hands & keep them sterile in a bathroom environment. We used the changing places toilet at Brooklands Park, with a full size bench, hot running water & soap, plus space to set out what I needed, it made it much easier, comfortable & less stressful for both my son & I. Thank you for the spaces already available & thank you even more for fighting for more changing places toilets in public spaces, so life for us & so many families can be easier. X
