Please sign this petition to have uncontrolled fireworks closely monitored and controlled, and to ban the importing of illegal fireworks into our City. What are the benefits of fireworks besides entertainment?  What about the pets and wildlife having to endure our selfishness for the sake of entertainment? Why should pet owners have the stress of trying to locate their loved ones due to others' self indulgence?  It is disruptive and stressful for families, do they not have Constitutional Rights too? Let alone contravening the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, it is dangerous for those handling the fireworks and is emitting Carbon unnecessarily into our Universe.  Sign if you agree and lets make a difference.
