We tried as hard as we could to stop the opening of Merkur Slots in Palmers Green High Road; unfortunately, we were unsuccessful and regretfully, I am now formally closing this petition. 
We can only hope that all of you that wrote to our pro-active MP and the government review will make a difference and that pressure to change the Gambling  Act will achieve a positive outcome.
