There is no latest development. People's priorities, even gun owners, does not extend to my petition. I guess many people find it hard to understand how my petition subject can be so important to me. I am not asking to be allowed to use a semi-automatic Glock, I could get one easy enough by simply filling in the forms & joining a pistol club. But that is NOT what I want or need. All I am asking for is the right to use a muzzle-loading flintlock pistol without having to join a pistol club, I want to use it for living history purposes, this is how at my late age I can contribute to the family income. This is my occupation! What else can I say, very disappointing. The pro-gun lobby plus the muzzleloading enthusiasts in Australia should be enough for me to win this, but few of them, 22 to be exact to date, can be bothered to sign my petition.
