India having lots of private institutions and they are

increasing day by day. Indian govt and respective state Govt

continuously giving them license . This can be easily seen

in the case of private Engineering College specially in

GBTU (formally UTTAR PRADESH TEHNICAL

UNIVERSITY) as they have around 500+ engineering

alone in UTTAR PRADESH. Each college have min 400

student of basic four branch of engineering thus in total

alone GBTU produces 400*500=20,00,00 fresh

engineering graduates. Above of it Indian has 15 IITs, many

NIITS , each states has their own engineering system, and

Private Universities are running as well in parallel,. Thus in

counts produces bulk of fresh engineering graduates each

year and in comparison to the number of fresh graduates,

number of JOBS are very less.Top employers of India is IT

sector and manufacturing sector and these both sector

alone are not able to create this much amount of job to

accommodate this much amount of fresh engineering

graduates, Thus creating unemployment in India.
second is that ,Most of the Private colleges are running

only their business, their focus is on only how to earn

maximum from this educational sector business, their focus

is not on the quality engineering education . to make the

students future etc. They are only selling degree for 5-6

lakhs rs. More,ever many private colleges are forcing

student to pay amount more than the Universities norms. I

don't know how they get AICTE and UGC and NBA

accreditation in spite of being not fullfilling the criteria of

AICTE and NBA standard. is this an kind of Joke??
Third one, These colleges are not offering quality

education which must be in engineering colleges,

sometimes it seems as they are running an BA-B.E.D.

college, and more interesting fact they show in

advertiesement, in pumplet that they have 90%+

placement record but on ground reality its 0 or 5 or 10%

only, as they are showing fake for to attract students. Is

this not an kind of JOKE, they are institutions not an shop

where shopkeeper always ready to attract customer.
My humble request to the Home Minister of India, MR.

"Shusheel Kumar Shinde," to
1)Proper establish the standard for there Private

institutions.
2)AICTE, NBA and UGC accredation must be given only if

they deserve to have , No compromise with the quality

education .
3)Private Institutions must come under the ACT OF RTI-

2005.
4)Must be an rule under which Private colleges have to

show their original placement record year wise, and if

found any fake data about it their license of running

Colleges must be Cancel.
5)Fees structure must be properly norms.
6)an RIGHT under which student can claim them in court

about their trap if they did.
7)Order Universities to produce only that much amount of

fresh graduate which can be consume in market with

proper ore engineering job.
Now, in last why i have been force to write this , reason is

clearly understood in following example, their are many

like this,
There is an College in Greater Noida Name "skyline

Institute of Engineering and Technology" affiliated to

"Gautam Buddh Technical Universities Lucknow". I have

taken admission in this college in 2008 in "Computer

Science and Engineering Branch". When i took admission

in this college, they show in advertisement that they have

excellent placement record. Their top recruiter list was

like...
a)TCS
b)Infosys
C)L&T
D)HCL
E)BirlaSoft
F)Acenture
G)Bosch......and many more.
I got attracted and got admitted to this college. At the

time of admission i deposited 10,000 caution money for

college and 10,000 for hostel which they said to refund

me after my degree and my hostel caution money when i

leave hostel. I started studies in this college with full

enthusiasm as engineering been my dream ,i opt it myself

as my profession and i choose this college too by myself,

and now i regret why i took admission in this college,. My

life biggest blunder is that i took admission in this college,

why i'm saying this , there are lot of reasons..
The faulty in this college are worthless for

engineering except some teacher. Good teacher do not

usually stay here because of they offer very less amount of

salary. They do not offer even an single internship from

their own , you have to search at you'rs own. I mean they

do not do anything which reflect engineering environment.
Finally comes, placement time, at this moment they have

been proved as an biggest cheater, No company visited my

college except "Mindtree" which hire only 27 student out

of 400, there is no infosys, no tcs or any other from their

top recruiter list. There been branch like Mehanical ,

Eletrical , there have been no company. So, in fact there is

only 2-3 % placement instead of 95-100% what they show

in advertisement , BIG-BIG CHEAT.
And, this is limit less at they are not giving easily the

caution money back, its been 1 yrs after degree completion

but they are still not giving right response. Thus, we got

mentally harassed by them , we got fed up by going again

and again to college and asking for our's own money to

refund.
This not only one college in Gr. Noida , there are lots,

and student are feeling totally been cheated.
Therefore, my request to take put their shop shut down, i mean cancel the licence to run the college.
