President Trump,

In your bid for reelection this year, you have gained the support of countless friends of liberty, including the author of this petition who hasn't voted in over 12 years due to the corruption of government on both sides of the aisle and the grotesque political process. 

I would like to offer a list of issues that fellow libertarians and constitutionalists want to be considered, and hopefully addressed on the campaign trail and during your administration after your victory in November.

1. Insider trading must be made illegal for Congress, the Vice President, and the President. We would prefer harsher penalties but demand that anyone convicted face the same charges an American citizen would. Ensure relatives do not become the way around these laws.
2. Dismantle the surveillance state and abolish the Patriot Act.
3. The military budget can no longer be untouchable to Republicans. There is far too much fraud, waste, and overspending to leave this off the table.
4. Pardon Edward Snowden.
5. Restore voting rights to those convicted of non-violent drug crimes.
6. A full audit of the Federal Reserve including a full accounting of our physical gold stores.
7. A pathway to either ending the Federal Reserve system or restoring value to the USD, moving away from fiat. Monetary policy must become a leading political issue in 2024 moving into 2025. Inflation is a tax on the middle class and poor.
8. A serious effort to demilitarize law enforcement.
9. An end to free foreign aid. Any and all aid must lead to an eventual profit for the American taxpayer.
10. Any energy related executive orders must be codified into law. We cannot move our energy sector into the future with such dramatic changes from one administration to the other.
