WHEREAS Eagles Nest Golf Course regularly performs a firework display during various events between the hours 8pm and 10:30pm, which causes excessive noise in the area, disrupting peaceful evenings for families with young children or newborns. This deprives families from the quiet enjoyment of their property. It is disruptive to children's sleep and tends to create anxiety with both infants and animals. 

We the undersigned petition the City of Vaughan as follows: That the City of Vaughan take immediate action to cease and remove the permit that permits Eagles Nest to perform regular fireworks displays, which cause excessive noise to families in the area.
