On May 30, 2023, Two children and a teenager were gunned down and killed in Lebanon, Pennsylvania by a criminal who turned out to be a repeat violent offender. It is completely unacceptable because someone who killed or injured another person, even once, should spend time behind bars. And in this case, justice was never served.

That's where Magistrate District Justice Aurelis Figueroa comes to mind. She has done absolutely nothing to protect the citizens of Lebanon and Lebanon County. Figueroa thinks she knows first-hand how bad a failing minor court system is destroying the county, well I can tell you one thing, she DOESN'T. Figueroa is a disgrace to Lebanon County, and she is not, and never will be, fit to serve the county as Magisterial District Justice.

That's why I'm kindly asking everyone in Lebanon County to please sign this petition, so that we can send a clear message to the people running the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts that Aurelis Figueroa needs to be disbarred.

Enough is Enough, and it's time for a change. The people of Lebanon County deserve much better.
