I checked my phone...on my phone was another text from the police officer that the MS13-looking guy that has been in and out of our neighborhood for years...they busted him today for package theft. Another great job addressing our issues by the Hayward PD. Yes, the pin-up criminal used for the picture of this petition was busted.
