We stand a very good chance of halting the closure of BBC3 on TV over the next three weeks. Let me tell you how. The BBC Trust is currently consulting to find out how much support is there for these proposals. This will form part of their Public Valuation Test which they will write over the coming months. There has already been a huge level of anger about what is planned, and the BBC has even admitted there's "little appetite" for the proposals from viewers. But we need to up the anti to hammer it home. If we get enough people to do that and respond over the next 18 days the BBC Trust will have to throw these proposals out. They have to listen to license fee payers and the future license fee payers because we pay for the service and decide what they should be doing. Tens of thousands have responded so far but these numbers need to continue to grow.
