Right to Work with Freedom

Right to Work with Freedom
The Issue
Menstruation off?
“Justice delayed is Justice denied, but
concern ignored is also an injustice,
thus a discrimination
GENDER DISCRIMINATION ❌
Promote the RIGHT TO WORK WITH FREEDOM”
Vision!
In the society where equality is growing and developing itself to the next levels with the progressive education of us all together and the development of social awareness programs are also enriching the idea to denounce the social discrimination in all its parameters in the society.
It is not only stopping the existing discrimination but is also preventing the new issues to emerge.
With this level of mental maturity, and hunger of us all altogether to establish a society with all equals to be treated equals we continuously work in the best possible calm, kindness, and social manner, and this not only shows our conscious towards the existing society, society members only, but for the ones too who have to step in to the world in near of far future i.e. our future generation.
But still there is a concern we never put focus on, the menstruation times. In order to establish equality in all its meanings we first need to understand the measures to promote the theory of natural justice to be made available in all its true manners. As the name suggests natural justice is best defined as to accept the laws of the nature as they are, and learning their scientific tamper, thus we all should try to our best to act and facilitate as to the specific needs of the needy.
Its neither practical and nor is a good idea to build castles in the air and dream to step on to the last ladder directly and thus is needed to build a concrete but equally flexible foundation. Thus in my words it will make our goal of establishing equality easier if we first try and initiate a step to establish equality between the genders.
These days with a very long history - a very common and serious issue faced by every female not only of a state, or a country, but everywhere in this world i.e. the Menstruation period and the discrimination faced by them in the days.
It won’t be correct if we say that it is a discrimination to them which is done by any other gender, but this is happening because of the non-education about the subject and thus no advanced state efforts seems to be easily observed. Like schools and other education organizations are doing their job to educate the teenage females, but it’s not completely done, if, is limited to this extent only!
We need to educate everybody whether it is females, males, or others of any age group this won’t only put off the taboo attached to this, but will also make people realize that it is a normal biological thing (process) that is important to happen normally in a female body as equally as is important the production of sperms in a male.
“Menstruation is not a taboo”
Problems during menstruation
Menstruation problems – cramps, backache, headache, mood swings, anxiety, tiredness, hormonal imbalance leads to overall body functioning imbalance. Intensity of these symptoms obviously matters from person to person but generally menstruation is that period of time when women feel most deprived in her activities. Dysmenorrhea (by a WHO report) in 89.7% females approximately is a major gynaecological issue in the women worldwide which includes pelvic, back and abdominal pain due to which most of the women cannot go to the school, colleges & work. Some women also face serious issues like irregular or abnormally heavy and prolonged bleeding with extensive pain, scientifically it increases the risk of iron-deficiency anaemia leading cause of fatigue, tiredness, anxiety and body ache. Along with physical state, this menstrual period affects the women psychologically as well. Maybe not all women, but some really need rest on their menstruating period. But if we talk about a country like India, it is a taboo that menstruation should not be discussed socially. That’s why many women are unable to speak about it in their family and at work as well. They silently struggle with the pain and stress and keep on working.
What can we do?
We can not only aware ourselves towards menstruation, but should learn the importance of why there should be an off in the period of menstruation this won’t affect efficiency of production, but will only enrich it and will leave a good message of equality and will activate the right to live with dignity in a broader sense. By article 21 and article 15, 14 it is also constitutionally required to provide the freedom to females for off from work during menstruation and it should only be their discretion to work in such a natural, biological condition, and by not allowing them the freedom we are not only refraining from our duties but are also denying them the right to justice by practicing gender discrimination, they have not done any wrong for which they should be punished (by working forcefully, without being in a fit condition).
We all know that justice delayed is justice denied meanwhile, we should also not forget that ignoring a concern or not paying attention to it is also an injustice and it is discrimination.
Required: A step by the government to provide legislature securing the RIGHT TO WORK WITH FREEDOM.
