Dear Linus,

1. Do not change yourself unless you really want to. Your cold, harsh personality created a great operating system from a mere student project. We are tired or social justice warriors, political correctness and all that "feelings" absurd. These things are destroying our society and therefore our culture and already killed many great projects. We can't let this happen to Linux. Current CoC is just a prelude of what will happen if you loose your firm grip on Linux. Don't let one of very few bastions of meritocracy take this very dangerous path. 

2. Come back as a head of Linux development. If some people leave - well, you were mean and harsh for almost 30 years and Linux still flourished. People come and go in OSS projects. If someone wants they may fork Linux kernel into something Safe Spaces kernel, Diversity kernel, Weird Pronouns Friendly kernel, Marxist kernel or whatever they want.
