The Kettering Civic Society has launched a fundraiser for the construction of a Statue Honouring William Knibb and the restoration of the mural of him.

Unfortunately, the mural of William Knibb has been tucked away and damaged over the years and now, along with a Statue, are being planned to be placed in the centre for everyone to see and remember Ketterings Abolitionist history.

I hope you can donate a few quid to bring our campaign closer to reality
