This registry will support the efforts of advocacy and awareness and prevent offenders from obtaining pets or jobs involving Animals. Offenders who are convicted of Sex Crimes that are placed on the Sex Offenders Registry often start out harming animals then move up to people and this site would allow law Enforcement to track these offenders and maybe even stop them form evolving into crimes against people.
