Good Morning,
I'm more than happy to advocate for your cause but want to be clear on how the system works and that the County does not have jurisdiction over that intersection.
The intersection in question is a state intersection. Both roads are operated and maintained by the state. The best place to address this would be at a GPATS (Greenville Pickens Area Transit Study) meeting and also with your state legislative delegation and your representatives on that delegation.
The county has no directive authority over GPATS. A link to their site is below.
