The Issue
For these past twenty-years, this City Government of Louisville, Kentucky, Housing Authority, Director, is wantonly, purposely, continuing;
To devastate, destroy, destruct, disintegrate, dysfunction, disrupt, demean, demoralize, hundreds-of-thousands, of this City, low-income, People, and Families.
Who are being wantonly, purposely, placed, into all of these City, multi-family, Slumlords, apartments, to being wantonly, exposed, to these concealed, serious health hazards, lead, lead based paint dust particulates, black molds, mycotoxins, human, rodents, feces, urine, infectious, bacteria, fungi’s, diseases.
Because they are known to cause, aggravate to cause, serious, permanent, physical, mental, harms, and deaths.
Especially, wantonly, purposely, exposing, to these, thousands, of defenseless, children, infants, newborns, unborn.
To purposely, cause, aggravate to cause, their permanent, mental harms, aggressions, anxieties, vision loss, memory loss, attention deficit disorders, learning disabilities, school drop-outs, and their, criminalization, to ensure that they remain in poverty.
So that, this criminally, corrupt, greedy, racist, bigot, tyrant, despot, dictator, oppressor, overlord, profiteering, crime boss, this City Housing Authority, Director, Timothy Barry, shall continue, to get richer.
Who for these past twenty-years, continues, to criminally conspire, with all of these City, Slumlords, Property Managers, to pocket, federal, Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) funds, for $20.5 millions dollars, yearly.
Why he is bribing, these corrupt, assigned, City, Housing, and Environmental Health, Inspectors, Manager, to inspect, to fraudulently, Pass, not to Fail, all of these blatant, City, HUD, housing, health, codes, violations.
For his continuing, profiteering, why all of these past, present, future, sickened, dying, complaining, thousands, of low-income, People, Families, shall never be removed, relocated.
Who is causing, forcing, thousands, of these sickened, dying, surviving, low-income, People, Families, to vacate, break their leases, court evicted, homeless.
Who is profiteering, by fraudulently, awarding, all of these for-profit, Slumlords, Property Managers, with these non-profit, HUD Emergency Shelter Homeless Grants.
Who is profiteering, by wantonly, purposely, placing, all of these homeless, whom he caused to be homeless, into all of these infested, infected, poisoned, diseased, contaminated, uninhabitable, condemning, vacant, apartments, that he caused to be vacant.
Who he is causing these never-ending, vicious, cycles, of wanton, felonious, endangerment’s, wanton, felonious, reckless homicides, grievous injustices, crimes against humanity.
Who is wantonly, violating, 1st Amendment, Civil, Rights, and these Human, Rights, includes, denying, children’s, educations, denying, fit, decent, safe, sanitary, healthy, habitable, living, housing, conditions.
