I'll cut right to the point, what has the Governor done for Nebraska recently? Exactly. 

This petition to bulldoze the property located at 1425 H St, Lincoln, Nebraska and zone the location for a Buccees will bring:

1. Jobs. Buccees would need custodial, kitchen, front of house, management, maintenance and more for staff.
2. A bolstered economy. By bringing Buccees to Lincoln Nebraska, more people will be encouraged to visit the location and drive up revenue spent in State
3. Tourism. People will come from miles around to Lincoln to visit Buccees and eat their delicious menu.
4. Economic diversity. Lincoln Nebraskas gas stations are primarily supplied by Mark Whitehead of Whitehead Oil Co. Buccees presence would drive healthy competition and drive gas prices down.
5. Environment benefits. Buccees also offers EV charging stations. Having more of those available would drive the purchase of electric vehicles in Nebraska and get more gas powered vehicles off the road.

Now, you might be asking, surely there must be a downside? No! In fact, the only person impacted is the Governor of Nebraska who already owns a private residence!
