BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1.

This legislation will allow those health professionals (with appropriate training) who wish to use complementary and alternative therapies to do so free from harassment, censure, or disciplinary actions and significantly broaden the optimal health and wellness options available to American consumers.  Secondly the purpose is to encourage communication amongst providers, to help mitigate the unnecessary loss of life and quality of life to American families caused by the pandering of Pharmaceuticals without cause, consequence or the use of the proper preventative protocols. 

SECTION 2.

To better the health of the Union in the time of a national health post pandemic we petition for the acceptance of Alternative Medicines, and Coding including but not limited to, Natural Medicine, Homeopathic Medicine, Plant Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, and Indigenous Medicine, as viable options to be used and exercised by American consumers for the achievement of their optimal health and wellness.  Providers of Alternative Medicines may be licensed by the First Nation Medical Board, which was established under the jurisdiction of the Crow Tribe of Indians for the regulations of these practices pursuant to 25 U.S. C. 1680u.  

A. To allow patients access to natural products, protocols, and medical devices recommended and provided by alternative healthcare practitioners providers that are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration, and for other purposes which are known to be safe and without side-effects. This will allow state- licensed health-care healthcare providers to utilize safe, non-FDA approved, alternative therapies that have a reasonable expectation of therapeutic gain improves the health of the patient or that can be used in the study of improving the health of the patient after if the patient has been fully informed about the treatment. B. The complementary and alternative healthcare practitioner provider would have the right to practice conduct non-interventional studies on his patients by after providing disclosures, notices and informed consent forms to the patients before treatment begins and the patients have returned the consent forms to the practitioner.

C. This legislation will take effect subsequently All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

D. ABC Codes have been created to describe the services for alternative health providers including, but not limited to, those providers aforementioned in Section 2 for which there are no CPT Codes.  Insurance companies are hereby directed to recognize and reimburse ABC Codes in the same manner as CPT Codes.  Relative Value Scale for ABC Codes can be obtained from ABC Coding Solutions upon request.

SECTION 3. This legislation will take effect on "July 5th, 2022." All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
