My license was revoked again as of February 24, 2022.

6 years ago I started the battle of my life, accumulated debt beyond one's imagination, went through 2 license revocations and 2 re-instatements, lawyers, social media and overwhelming situations. Again, I need people's help to raise awareness and to have the Ontario government retroactively apply the spousal exemption law (which passed in October 2020) to my license situation. THANK YOU WORLD! Hello everyone, I hope this message finds you well, it is me, your dental hygienist! I hope you remember me because I really need your help at this time. As you may already know, I am fighting for my life, my family and my professional career. I WAS FOUND GUILTY OF SEXUAL ABUSE FOR PROVIDING DENTAL CARE TO MY WIFE, judged and punished with a 5 year license revocation and I am expected to pay $35,000 to my college. All this due to a human mistake and a 26 year old and outdated law. The Ontario Government can change the law, which will allow dental hygienists to care for their spouses. The spousal exemption law was left with them for review 4 years ago. I have a huge favour to ask of all people reading this due to a post or through a share or because they saw me on tv or YouTube: please sign the petition if you are behind me and believe that my case illustrates the clear need for an exemption to the legislation be granted for dental hygienists.  Please share with your friends as well.
