TNR Program for FHSU Campus Cats
The Issue
We are asking FHSU to consider implementing a TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) program for the cats on campus rather than relying solely on restricting student interaction.
If FHSU is concerned about the health and safety risks associated with stray cats, we believe a TNR program could be part of a long-term solution.
TNR could help prevent the population from growing with organized and humane way to manage them. We encourage FHSU to work with local animal shelters or rescue organizations to determine how a TNR program could be implemented.
If you support FHSU exploring a TNR program for the campus cats, please sign this petition.
