What happened to natural beauty? Obviously, for the show Toddlers & Tiaras it is nonexistent. This program shows Mothers that are showing their young daughters you have to be "perfect" to get places in life. The Mothers of the show use pounds of make-up, spray tans, wigs, fake lashes, flippers (fake teeth), to make their daughters appear "perfect". The girls who are all usually under the age of 12 are screamed at if they mess up their routine or don't sit still for hair and make-up. The little girls are usually exhausted, due to perfecting their routine just a couple of hours before the pageant starts, all they want to do is take a nap, but instead they are pumped with caffeine and sugar to help keep them alert and awake. The show has girls on it, already having body issues and self-esteem issues due to not winning the pageant. Do we really want little girls thinking that they have to be "perfect" in order to get places in life? The show is nothing but a disgusting monstrosity!
