Videoblocks likes to call itself “the most contributor-friendly agency there is.” This painful betrayal in the name of profit shows that’s a lie, and now contributors must stand up to protect their income from CEOs who exploit and squeeze the artists who make this industry possible.

Please sign to show support! If you are a Videoblocks contributor, pledge to either delete your portfolio or refuse to upload new content unless Videoblocks recants this paycut! If you are a stock footage buyer, pledge to buy stock footage from more artist-friendly sites like Pond5.com, where contributors are allowed to set the sales price.

Together we can send a clear message to CEOs that economic exploitation of freelance workers is just as unacceptable as unfair treatment of salaried employees. Thank you!
