The Issue

We are a group of learners who enrolled in Simplilearn programs based on clear assurances from their sales and support teams. After joining, we discovered that several of these commitments were misleading and did not match the actual course experience.

One key assurance was that Simplilearn had no control over the program and that the entire course was fully designed and governed by IIT Delhi. After joining, it became clear that this was not accurate. The gap between what was promised and what was delivered shows a serious case of misrepresentation.

Additionally, we have noticed that Simplilearn quoted different fees and terms to different learners for the same program, creating confusion and unfairness. This inconsistent pricing and misleading communication have left many students frustrated and disadvantaged.

Many learners have faced similar issues, including confusing communication, inconsistent information, and lack of transparency regarding certification and course structure. This has directly affected our learning experience and expectations.

We request the following actions from Simplilearn:
 1. A full refund of the amount paid, as the program did not match what was promised.
 2. A formal, official apology acknowledging the misrepresentation, inconsistent pricing, and the inconvenience caused.
 3. A review and correction of sales practices to ensure future learners are not misled.
 4. Transparent communication for all course participants regarding program structure, pricing, and certification process.

We urge Simplilearn to take responsibility and resolve these concerns fairly. Learners should be able to trust that what is promised during enrollment is actually delivered.
