People and businesses have had their @insightbb.com email addresses for 15+ years! People have their @insightbb.com addresses attatched to years and years, thousands upon thousands of websites, used for things such as logging into websites, etc. What happens if you remember a website you used to love, go back to it, and forget your password? When you hit the "Recover Password" feature, you are just out of luck! As you will no longer be able to access your @insightbb.com email. Businesses out there that used an @insightbb.com email, will have to spend thousands of dollars to update things such as business cards, signs or anything else that use that has their email address on it. KEEP THE SERVERS UP TWC!!!
