British urologist Rick Poppert, the self-described "prostatologist"  from Guy's Hospital in London, gives one of the best explanations we've seen of transperineal biopsies using the new PrecisionPoiint technique, to the ASPI meeting in April. He included a video demonstration of the new method. He also explains the TRexit (transrectal exit)t initiative to migrate urologists to a safer system that avoids potentially deadly and disabling transrectal procedures.
