Well Labor Day is almost here, which means another summer season is almost behind us. While Labor Day is a good sign that summer is over, another sign is that school is back in session. I wanted to reach out to the Repeal PA Separations Act petition signers to ask you: are any schools in PA delayed in opening after summer this year? A common headache of the multi-prime, Separations Act project is that schools are behind schedule (along with over budget).
