Despite no legislation being introduced on modernizing the Separations Act yet, the issue is being discussed in Harrisburg. The Senate is circulating a co-sponsor memo on a piece of legislation that would repeal the Separations Act. If you could contact your State Senator and ask them to sign on to the Sen Folmer Separations Act legislation, that would be awesome.
