Time Princess (or Dress Up! Time Princess as it was formally known) is a mobile game where you play through visual novels and there is a major dress up component to the game. 

Today is February 27, 2022 and at the time of writing this, there hasn’t been a free event outfit since January. We had nothing in February and there is nothing planned for March. That was an outfit you could get blueprints for via quests. The last log-in outfit was in December. 

Earlier in February, the game released a new event called Carnival Feast. A new set called “Passionate Samba” was the goal of the event. To get the whole set, you had to spent around $180 USD, which was later lowered to around $140 USD. It’s impossible to get the set without spending money.

This has made players extremely angry and has caused a boycott that as of writing this, is currently going on. 

The situation was not helped when shortly after the new event, the event calendar for March 1-20 was released. None of the brand-new sets can be obtained for free. You either must use real money or the rarer currency in the game, diamonds. This is a disadvantage to free-to-play players and new players.

But the events in March have also made longtime players upset too. The events in March include 3 VIP sets, 2 (free) recycled outfits and 2 outfits being placed in Magic Roulette at the same time (need to spend much more diamonds in a short amount of time). There is also a wishing event going on at the same time which takes up more diamonds.

Because longtime players already have the recycled sets, they have to spend real money to get new sets. 

Some stats: 

Between December and March:
- 2 exclusives and 100% free outfit
- 3 new outfit : don't cost $/€ but difficult to finish as f2p
- 12 old outfits 
- 15 paying outfits

We need to show IGG (the company that is behind Time Princess) that they need to change their ways. 

Besides signing this petition, other things you can do to help are:
1. Leave a 2 star review of TP in the App Store and say your reasons
2. Not watch their ads (gives them ad revenue)
3. Feedback about it to Live Chat/Customer Support (politely and respectfully!!)
4. Comment about it in their social media with the hashtag #BoycottMarchEvent
