A positive update: This is expected to be up for vote in the Senate today (Thursday), and the House meets on Friday. If passed by Legislature, it is expected that Walz will sign the proposal into law.

"Draft legislation released late Wednesday allows restaurants with liquor licenses to sell up to one bottle of wine and the equivalent of a six-pack of beer, cider or hard seltzer with food orders."
