Tim Hortons serves Canada's favourite cup of coffee but lacks customization options that cater towards an overwhelming number of individuals. 

People have different reasons to avoid dairy milk. Some choose not to support the animal agriculture industry. Cows typically have a lifespan of 20 years, but those living on dairy farms often only survive 5 years due to illnesses and stress on their bodies. Others experience lactose intolerance, an inability to digest dairy products that impacts approximately seven million Canadians. Others just prefer the taste of plant-based milk. All of these individuals deserve access to plant-based milk every time they order coffee.

At the moment, soy milk is only available at participating locations. However, we believe that Tim Hortons has a responsibility to follow in the footsteps of chains such as Starbucks, Second Cup, and Timothy's to make it available in all locations.
