24 days (ish) after the passing of founder Ronald V. Joyce, Tim Hortons announces the opening of their first of 1500 coffee shops in China. 

They've had some bad years of press here in Canada, and are now run by several Brazilian Alexs'. Alex'es? Alexi? What is the plural of Alex?

Rather than earn back Canada's respect (I vote by offering a new, delicious gluten free baked good) the new Exec Team must be fully focused on worldwide expansion, and all that that entails.

It just seems like such an easy no brainer, yet they continue to turn a blind eye to those off gluten.
