Tim Horton’s Scam and Bad Customer Service Complaints

Last October 11th, 2022, at approximately 5:43 PM, I ordered a coffee from the Tim Horton's mobile app. I wanted my coffee to be placed in an extra-large cup instead of a medium size one to prevent the coffee from spilling in my vehicle. However, the app does not have a field to put notes or instructions. When I went to the drive-through, I informed the staff about my order and asked them if they could put it into an extra-large cup instead of the medium one in order to help prevent the coffee spilling. Martha, the employee who was on the speaker, couldn't hear me clearly, so I said I would just come to the window and explain my request.
 
I then proceeded to the drive-through window and explained my request about the cup. She mentioned that there would be an extra charge if I wanted it to be in an extra large cup which I said was not correct based on Tim Horton's rules which I verified with the store supervisor Henry and General Manager Jason. She then placed the coffee in an extra large cup and handed it to me in a rude way and said, "next time, I will charge you for the cup," which you can hear in the audio recording that can be found in this link https://sndup.net/bbny/
 
This incident is NOT the first time I have experienced bad customer service from Martha at Tim Horton's and I believe they scam their customers. The previous issues were already reported to the supervisor Ramiz and Henry, the general manager Jason, and the owner Ralph Sheppard. Still, it seems Tim Horton's doesn't care as they continue to allow this to happen repeatedly.
 
Because of that, I am making this petition to ask Tim Hortons to educate their staff about their rules and policies and how to provide better customer service. Moreover, fire such employees with bad behavior who DO NOT abide by the company's policies and provide good customer service.
