One of the greatest memories I have had as a child was to go to the one of the local Tim Horton's and enjoy a hot chocolate with my father, and to get a bow tie pastry.  The delicious chocolate with whipped cream and cherry.  Unfortunately Tim Horton's decided to move forward without this staple.

We (the signed) would ask that Tim Horton's bring back the Bow Tie, so my children can experience this wonderful, classic pastry.
