This petition is to allow workers at Tim Horton's everywhere to take tips. It is rediculous that they cannot. A tip is a thank you to people within the service industry for doing there job with a smile on there face. Many times I have told the cashier to "keep the change" and they tell me it's company policy and that there not allowed to accept the tips. This one time A young girl that works at Tim Hortons was serving a customer, that customer tried to give her a tip! She replied "We are not allowed to accept tips", again he tried again she said she was grateful but could not accept and then the gentlemen went up and put almost $200 on the counter and said Merry Christmas! The store manager took it from the girl! They are not letting her have it! Do you think this is right! I for one do not! Let's make a difference!!!
