Petition updateEqual pay for women at the BBCWhitewash report on BBC pay inequality looks at only 10 cases

The Human Rights Commission has looked at BBC Women's pay and after a trivial sample review of ten cases made wholesale generalisations about the state of play which are not justified.

Their starting comment is 'It is easy to see why trust between some women at the BBC and the organisation has broken down."    It is also easy not to see lack of fairness when you don't look for it.

The BBC have lost substantial financial challenges like those from Carrie Gracie and Sarah Montague. Equal Pay legislation has been around since 1970, yes 50 years!

I suggest you buy Carrie Cracie's book Equal. The struggle goes on......
