It has been recently announced that Apple's CEO Tim Cook will be attending the opening ceremony of the first Apple Store in Turkey on April 5 along with Turkish President Abdullah Gul.

As you know, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has recently imposed a ban on Twitter and YouTube in Turkey. The U.S. State Department has called the blocking of Twitter "21st century book burning":

Additionally, Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) and Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) have recently proposed legislation condemning the Turkish government for stifling free speech by blocking Twitter and YouTube:
