The Executive Director and Board of Directors of the Niagara SPCA shelter has  failed our animals and community.   There have been several breaches in policy and animal neglect, lack of transparency and cover ups.  You had several opportunities to correct the situation, now it’s too late.  STEP DOWN!  

Tim Brennan - We demand you step down and let someone run the shelter with experience and a conscience that doesn’t lie. Animals were killed and suffered under your watch.  

Sue Angenello-Eberwein - we demand you step down to be replaced by someone that cares about the animals and will provide oversight of the shelter and the Director.  We don’t want to hear about a committee you formed after the TV station came to the shelter. You’ve been aware of these problems for almost a year.  

All Current Board Members - we demand you step down. Your lack oversight has failed the animals and community.  Time for a change.
