Despite having multiple accounts deleted for violations of community standards, Zachary Bonfilio aka misfit_patriot, aka modern_patriot continues to create new accounts where he consistently antagonizes and provokes the TikTok community. He calls people pedophiles and makes racist statements including repeatedly using the N word. He alternates between attacking and pleading for sympathy while soliciting for financial donations.

He also live streamed on TikTok from the living room of someone's home while working there as a contractor.

Multiple news stories have been published about his behavior on TikTok which are readily available by searching for his name on Google.

Being banned for community violations should not mean that you are then able to come back again and again and again and again.

We who have signed this petition ask that TikTok remove his current account and immediately respond to any reports of future accounts he may create.
