It's been a year and a half since the incident occurred involving Amelia Stripling and a three year old special needs student with down syndrome.  The video was shown on the news all over the nation. She has still not been brought before a grand jury for indictment.  Please sign this petition to show that he deserves justice.  No child should be treated that way.  Help pave the way for change.
